Maxim Kucher joins Naran after 5 years at Whoosh Latin America — the leading e-scooter sharing platform across CIS and LatAm — where he took operations live in 10+ countries. Before that: a decade of legal practice spanning consulting and in-house, RANEPA and HSE law degrees, and a track record of full-cycle market entries across Latin America, Europe and CIS.

Why it matters: Naran operates in Colombia, Peru, Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire — and we keep expanding. Every new market means new entities, new regulators, new lease-to-own frameworks, debt financing structures — and thousands of driver contracts that have to be bulletproof on day one.
